City Senate meeting

The City Senate consists of the mayor, his two deputies and the city councillors. It currently has 7 members. Seats are allocated according to the number of seats on the municipal council. The City Senate generally meets once a week and the meetings are not open to the public. The City Senate can decide independently on certain matters, while in other areas it acts in an advisory capacity to the municipal council.
